Number of positions: Three (3) Requirements: Senior certificate (Grade 12) and/or office management skills, Basic organizational skills, Communication and interpersonal skills, A Diploma or an equivalent tertiary qualification in the relevant field of office will serve as added advantage. Incumbent must be a lateral thinker with excellent analytical skills, numerical and report writing skills, Excellent demonstration of end-user computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, The incumbent must be in possession of a valid driver’s license. Duties: Provide logistical support to the Directorate, Provide records management, Daily update of incoming and outgoing correspondence of mail and facsimile, Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for personnel in the Directorate. Play the role of secretary in meetings.
